When i received this item i opens the packs to see one of the diamonds missing out of one of the earring I'm very disappointed as these ware meant to be a Christmas present but I'm not able to give them now

The product delivery took very long... 2 months and 2 weeks. When it finally came,they were TINY earrings. Compare to the pictures on the site, they didn't look the same at all.l will add pictures.
