A circular polarizing filter that reduces unwanted light reflections, vividly reproducing the subject's original colors. It provides a "color contrast effect" that reduces reflections on water or glass surfaces and deepens the color of the blue sky.
[Approximately 1EV brighter light transmission] By adopting a high transmittance polarizing film, it achieves approximately 1EV brighter light transmission than a normal C-PL filter. The PL effect is achieved while the viewfinder remains bright and easy to see. It is less affected by the decrease in shutter speed, so it can be used even under low light conditions. Exposure multiplier 1.7 to 2.2 times (approximately 2/3 to 1 stop).
[Safe and Reliable Tempered Glass] By applying heat treatment to optical glass and chemically strengthening it, it is about three times stronger than regular glass, protecting your precious lenses. Even if it breaks, the pieces break into fine particles, preventing serious injuries and accidents.
[First duralumin frame for a filter] A first for a filter, a duralumin frame with higher hardness than an aluminum frame is used. It is resistant to distortion even when subjected to impact, protects the glass from pressure caused by external factors, and maintains the flatness of the glass.
[Dust-free coating that is resistant to dirt] Water droplets and fingerprints are resistant to adhesion, and even if dirt does get on it, it can be easily wiped off. This coating makes it easy to clean during and after shooting.
[ZR Coating for Ultra-Low Reflection] The reflectance of the glass surface is reduced to 0.6% or less on each side in the visible light range, reducing the effect of the filter on image quality to as close to zero as possible. It is compatible with a wide range of lenses, from the latest high-performance, high-image-quality lenses to old lenses that you want to enjoy.
