How to Use: Packaging Instructions: 1. Place the short strap on the back of your hand and insert your thumb into the slot (foam side away from your skin). 2. Wrap the long strap snugly and loosely. Secure with the hook inside. 3. Wrap the strap around your hand once for a comfortable fit. 4. Continue wrapping around your wrist. 5. Pull to tighten and secure with Velcro® to apply compression to the desired area. Tension should be moderate but not too tight. Wash/Care Instructions: If soiled, hand wash with a fragrance-free, chlorine-free detergent. Squeeze out excess water carefully. Lay flat on a rack or hang with the foam side facing up to air dry.
Caution: Do not machine wash or dry as this may damage the product. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. Apply to clean, dry skin only. Do not apply directly to open wounds.
