Note:
Dash cam storage card shows full
1. Make sure the loop recording function is turned on (if this function is not enabled, the memory will be full after recording).
2. Turn off the G sensor of the dash cam (if this function is turned on during recording, it will automatically lock the video, locked videos cannot be deleted, causing memory full).
3. If the storage card is still full after the above steps, please format the storage card or purchase a new one (high speed cards must exceed C10 speed).
Dash cam shuts off automatically and stops recording
1. Check if the dash cam is charging (if not charging, the device may shut off).
2. Set the auto power off state to not shut off (if turned on, the dash cam will not record and will shut off automatically).
Dash cam won t turn on
1. Charge the dash cam for a period of time (make sure the charger is in stable condition, and the indicator light of the car charger is on).
2. Remove the storage card if inserted (it may be damaged, preventing the device from turning on).
3. If the charging light still does not turn on, perform a reset.
Dash cam recordings stop, images are not continuous, intervals exist
