However, we cannot provide smart card drivers and editable software, such as bank cards/identity cards. Because it depends on the original information or regulations of your country and bank. If you need to read them, you need to ask the smart card provider how to download, install and use.
1. Unable to read ID card,
Reason: The card reader driver has been installed, but the ID card driver or editing software is not installed, so it cannot be read.
2. Unable to read the bank card.
Reason: The card reader driver has been installed, but the bank card driver or editing software has not been installed, so it cannot be read either.
Therefore, customers need to understand the use of smart cards.
