It was too large

Everything seemed fine, the color is as ordered, the size fits perfectly, but still something went wrong! The problem arises when you tie the ribbon, it doesn't stick out well from the back, maybe I'm somehow not tying it correctly. (I have attached a video of what it looks like below) But if this is so, then tell me how it will be correct!! And everything is not bad (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)
