The power transformer uses 24V AC output (or dual 12V, the center tap is empty, not higher than this voltage), and the power can be selected as needed. If 30V3A output is required, the transformer power must be greater than 90W.
1. Set the voltage adjustment potentiometer to a small position (turn it counterclockwise to small), adjust RV1 (100K adjustable resistance), so that the output voltage is 0V, the output voltage does not need to be adjusted, use 24V AC input, the output voltage is about 31V
2. Output limit current setting: Determined by the position of the current potentiometer. The picture below shows 10V voltage and 10 ohm load resistance. Adjust the current potentiometer to make the LED just light up. At this time, the current potentiometer is at the 1A position and the circuit turns to constant current. At this time, adjust the voltage potentiometer, you can see that the voltage will not continue to rise, and the current is maintained at a current limit of 1A
