How To Use 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto a wet toothbrush. 2. Brush all surfaces of the teeth in gentle, circular motions for about 2 minutes. Take care to reach the gumline and back teeth. 3. Spit out and rinse thoroughly with at least twice a day (morning and night). 4.
