Complaint regarding baby bed – broken and incomplete delivery Hello, I recently received a baby bed that I ordered from you, but unfortunately I was disappointed with the delivery. The bed that arrived home was partially broken, including the mattress being damaged, and accessories were also missing – for example, there was no baby toy included that I expected to be included.. I had hoped the bed would be in good condition, but unfortunately it does not meet my expectations. I need a replacement as soon as possible, as we are in great need of a functioning baby bed. Please get back to us with how we can resolve this, either by replacing the bed or finding another solution.
