Usage
As a supplement, take 1 serving with approximately 4-6 oz of water. Patented Creatine HCl can be taken on an empty stomach, with food, or with your favorite Kaged product. If you are not taking any other source of creatine, take 2 servings with 6-8 oz. before and after your workout and with water. On non-workout days, take 4 servings with 8-12 oz of water upon waking.
