How to use: Carefully open the container lid with the solution and separate seal. Remove the outer packaging of the nozzle and twist it out of the container containing the solution. Use while sitting on the toilet, standing in the shower, or in the bathtub. Carefully insert the nozzle about 3 inches into the vagina and press the bottle from the bottom until most of the liquid comes out. A small amount of liquid may remain in the container. The solution should come out of the vagina.
