CVJ Axle Remover Dimensions: The overall dimension of propshaft separator tool is 9.61in x 5.75in (24.4cm x 14.6cm) and the maximum CV joint diameter is 3.8in (95mm).
Fits Most Vehicles: Includes 9 holes for full adjustment to fit different length joint assemblies on most cars, fits most vehicles equipped with constant velocity U‑joints.
Adjustment Diameter: 0.7in (17mm) clamp rod minimum shaft diameter, for CV joint shafts with 0.7in (17mm) groove diameter or larger, where the rubber boot is clamped to the shaft.
Recommendation: We recommend a minimum shaft diameter of 18mm/0.71in or 19mm/0.75in to ensure a good bite on the shaft (requires retaining ring, not available for smooth shafts).
