This time, the world map features "routes" connecting key locations like dungeons and towns, and players can explore these routes themselves! Connect towns to increase communication, and depending on how you explore, you might even discover unexpected dungeons. A new element in exploration: "Breakers." When exploring dungeons, certain objects can be destroyed with symbol attacks. Destructible objects have different strengths, and some cannot be destroyed unless you power up your symbol attack.
