Product Description: Instantly brighten and illuminate the under-eye area without clumping. How to Use: Apply directly to the under-eye area or the upper part of the face using the lip-shaped applicator and blend. How to Correct Discoloration: Choose the shade that best matches your skin tone and blend. For best results, apply concealer over the top.
