How to use: How to use as a sunscreen: Apply generously 15 minutes before going outdoors. Use a waterproof sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Reapply at least every 2 hours. How to protect yourself from the sun: Apply sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher regularly.
