Directions: 1. Apply the patch after washing your face and leaving it dry.
2. Remove the patch, being careful not to touch the micro-crystals in the center.
3. Apply the patch to the desired area and press gently with your fingers for 10 seconds.
4. Leave it on for 6-8 hours, then remove. (You can sleep with it on.)
