I am really, really disappointed with this product, it doesn't work, it's broken, I would like a refund, thank you for your understanding

I would say the quality of the device is very poor, it sharpens knives very poorly... I went back to the old sharpener - and I'm throwing this one away.

Still to be tested. But it is robust and the adjustment works perfectly.
