I ordered and received 20 meters of this LED strip. After only four weeks, the LEDs still burn over a length of 5 meters. I have sent an email to the supplier/seller with an explanation and photos of the broken LED strip, but I have not received any response. The warranty is 2 years and asked for a solution but it remains silent from China.
