[Magnum Light Spool] A new type of spool that is light and strong, with holes on the side walls. The moment of inertia of the spool determines the casting performance of a bait reel. In the development process, we have tried to reduce this by blanking and thinning the spool body diameter, but with the "New Magnum Light Spool", we have succeeded in drilling holes on the side of the spool, which was previously considered technically impossible. We have achieved a 10% reduction in the moment of inertia compared to our previous model, and have actually increased the casting distance by about 20%.
[Silent Tune] Quiet and low vibration structure for smooth rotation. : This mechanism reduces the vibration of the bearings during high speed rotation by applying slight pressure to the bearings that hold the spool. This improves quietness during casting. The spool rotation also starts up more smoothly.
[NEW SVS∞ (Infinity)] Wide range of adjustments possible with external dial adjustment. The next generation centrifugal brake has evolved even further. : Although the "NEW SVS∞ (Infinity)" is a centrifugal brake, it has a wide range of brake adjustments that can handle most situations by simply adjusting the external dial. If you turn on the four brake shoes when casting, there is no need to adjust the internal brake shoes. When more detailed settings are required, you can fine-tune the internal brake shoes.
