How to Use
(1) Apply the Primer Brown to the lash line. Hold the brush horizontally and apply from the outer corner of the eye. (2) Hold the Primer Brown brush vertically and dab it on the lower eyelid to create "fake lashes"! (3) Use a color liner on the outer corner of the eye. *If you find the color difficult to apply, shake it lightly and test the color on the back of your hand or tissue paper before use.
