This tea is drunk for internal catarrh in the respiratory tract and for the defense response of living tissue against any irritation of the mouth and throat mucosa.
How to use
Unless otherwise specified, for prayer catarrh, drink a cup of tea infusion prepared as follows: 3-4 times a day
Mix about 2 cups (about 1.4 g) of tea leaves with rum leaves in a glass of foamy boiling water (about 150 ml) and drink for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Make the cold extract 3 to 4 times a day for brushing and bag preparation.
Pour about 2 teaspoons (about 1.4 g) of tea leaves into cold water (about 150 ml) and leave for 1 to 2 hours, stirring frequently.
