Glycolic peeling: effective skin renewal at the cellular level
Modern aesthetic cosmetology offers many solutions to improve the condition of the skin, and one of the proven methods is glycolic peeling. This procedure is based on the use of glycolic acid - a component from the AHA acid group, which is characterized by high biological activity and the ability to penetrate into the deep layers of the epidermis.
Glycolic peeling provides:
• gentle but intensive exfoliation of dead cells,
• activation of regeneration processes,
• smoothing of skin texture and color,
• improvement of microrelief and narrowing of pores,
• stimulation of collagen and elastin production.
Visually, this translates into smoother, fresher and firmer skin with an even tone and healthy glow. The product is suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin, due to its carefully balanced formula.
Key components of the formula:
• Glycolic acid is the main active ingredient that triggers cell renewal.
• Citric and lactic acids enhance the brightening and moisturizing effect.
• Salicylic acid has a sebum-regulating and anti-inflammatory effect.
• Hydrogenated castor oil softens and restores the lipid barrier.
• Sodium hydroxide corrects the pH environment, ensuring a safe effect on the skin.
Indications for the procedure:
• excessive oiliness of the skin, acne, comedones;
• enlarged pores and uneven microrelief;
• signs of photoaging (pigmentation, thickening of the skin);
• dull complexion and loss of tone;
• fine wrinkles and age-related changes;
• post-inflammatory spots and scarring after acne.
Contraindications:
• active inflammatory processes, including herpes;
• damage to the integrity of the skin;
• individual sensitivity to the components of the composition;
• recent chemotherapy;
• fresh tan;
• pregnancy and lactation.
Important: the procedure must be carried out in accordance with the protocol indicated on the packaging of the drug. To achieve a pronounced and lasting effect, it is recommended to undergo a course of procedures taking into account the individual characteristics of the skin.
Ingredients: Water, glycolic acid, citric acid, lactic acid, salicylic acid, hydrogenated castor oil, sodium hydroxide.
Procedure protocol:
Apply 1-2 ml of peeling to pre-cleaned skin in a 1.5 mm layer using a brush. The exposure time of the chemical composition is 5-7 minutes. The number of layers applied varies from 1 to 3. Neutralization!!! Apply the neutralizer with a brush. Leave for 3-5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with cool water. Cover with a protective cream with an SPF factor.
To achieve optimal results of glycolic peeling, it is generally recommended to carry out 3 to 6 procedures at intervals of 14-16 days.
The frequency of procedures may also vary based on the individual characteristics of the patient and skin type. The result lasts for a year after the lactic peeling complex (subject to subsequent competent home or salon preventive care).
