Product Description: Auxiliary shape for eye drops. Screw-in bottom. Bottom that securely attaches to eye drop bottle. Screw-in cap is included to replace the screw cap on the eye drop bottle.
How to Use: Inspect Ezy-Drop® eye drops and wash thoroughly with soap and warm water before use. If product is damaged, discard. Remove cap from eye drop bottle. Screw guide line into top of eye drop bottle until it is snug. Keep bottle end closed with included cap when not in use. To avoid contamination, keep fingers away from tip of eye drop bottle. Lie on your back in a comfortable position. Gently place guide over eye. Make sure tip of dropper is no more than 1/4 inch through guide hole. Tip of eye dropper should not touch eyeball. Open eye and gently squeeze bottle to dispense prescribed drops into eye.
Caution: Product contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of children. To use the guide on another eye drop bottle, wash the guide thoroughly with soap and warm water, then rinse the guide thoroughly.
