[2-way power supply]: The power supply method is the included AC adapter or three D-size alkaline batteries. If the power goes out, the automatic feeder settings will be reset. Please insert batteries to prevent this. In the event of a power outage, the feeder will switch to battery power. We recommend inserting both batteries and an outlet as a power outage countermeasure. Three D-size alkaline batteries are not included. Thank you for your understanding.
