This 1/72 scale plastic model assembly kit recreates the US Navy's carrier-based fighter, the F/A-18 Super Hornet, and includes a set of etched parts for added detail.
This single-seat F/A-18E aircraft measures 253mm in length and features sharp, detailed parts to recreate the aircraft's appearance.
A variety of underwing missiles and other armaments are included.
Markings are reproduced using decals from Cartograf, an Italian company, depicting aircraft belonging to the US Navy Attack Squadron VFA-115 Eagles.
A set of etched parts is also included to enhance the model's finish.
Platz's original design includes parts to recreate details such as the instrument panel, side console panel, and landing gear bay.
Furthermore, deck crew figures on the flight deck are recreated with etched parts.
It's pre-printed and will enhance the look just by placing it next to your completed model.
