The Tablet has just arrived and I am struggling to connect it to my laptop. Day 10 of trying to connect this graphic tablet to my laptop literally nothing happens. My laptop doesn't even recognise something is plugged in. I tried to plug it in all the USB ports my laptop has. I downloaded driver from ping-it site, and I get the message on screen that Tablet is not plugged in. But it is! Then I downloaded older version of the driver, still nothing. I connected this graphic tablet to my Android tablet, it recognises that something is plugged in, but it can only be charged. Still doesn't work. I checked the cable that came in with this graphic tablet it works. So that is not the problem. I changed the pens nib, not that anything was wrong with the old one, but that is the only thing that I didn't try yet. And finally I plug it in all the USB ports of my old laptop, also nothing. So laptop is not the issue. If anyone has or had the same problem, please contact me in the comments I googled this problem, but couldn't find rhe solution, I've wached online tutorials and people just plug this thing in the laptop and everything works like clockwork. I also sent an email to ping-it support seevice to help me out. 😭😭😭😭😭 Day 11 My boyfriend managed to fix the issue. It works! I don't know how, but it works! 😅😅😅
